Our Process

Preliminary

We provide preliminary architectural drawings (if required) by refereeing the soil report and other relevant documents, we have professional on board from concept, tender and contract documentation to deliver high quality structural and civil engineering design and documentation to you.

Engineering

After the preliminary design, we will provide detailed engineering drawing by taking into consideration of all factors including budgets and soil testing. Then adopt the changes and change the design to suit and finalise the design and documentation, prepare the design report, engineering drawings and compliance certificate.

Construction

During the construction phase, we provide physical processes of building, landscaping or refurbishing and all the associated activities, such as demolition, site clearance, administration and etc.

Site inspection

Check and inspect the civil engineering works and prepare the inspection report and issue the inspection certificate to building surveyor.
